Beginning at 6 am on Monday, August 22, S. English Street between Apache and Spencer streets will be reduced to one travel lane due to storm sewer culvert installation. Work is expected continue from 6 am to 5 pm daily through Thursday, August 25. Traffic control measures and a flagging operation will be in place. Motorists are urged to use alternate routes and expect delays in the area.
