Meet New York Times Bestselling Author Beth Revis from 2-3 pm, Thursday, August 7 at the Glenwood Branch Library, 1901 W. Florida St. Revis primarily writes science fiction and fantasy for both adult and young adult readers. She’s written three books for the Star Wars franchise, including the fan favorite, The Princess and the Scoundrel. Her other novels include the bestselling science fiction trilogy, Across the Universe, the dark fantasy, Give the Dark My Love, and many more.

A former English teacher, Revis is the co-owner of Wordsmith Workshops and author of the Paper Hearts series, both of which aid aspiring authors. She is a native of North Carolina where she lives with her son, husband, and dog.
