Beginning at 9 am on Tuesday, September 16, and continuing through Friday, September 19, Joe Louis Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Willow Road and Ivy Heights, daily from 9 am to 4 pm. The closure is needed to service water and sewer in front of a property on Joe Louis Avenue. 

Work schedules are dependent on weather conditions and material/equipment availability.
