Beginning on Monday, October 27, various downtown lanes will be closed weekdays from 9 am to 4 pm until Friday, December 5, for resurfacing work related to the Greene Street streetscape project. 

Resurfacing work will cause closures of various lanes, intersections, and parking spaces in the following areas: 

• Greene Street from Bellemeade Street to West Washington Street 

• West Friendly Avenue from North Elm Street to Commerce Place 

• West Market Street from North Elm Street to John Wesley Way 

Motorists should expect delays around the work area and use alternate routes. 

Work schedules depend on weather conditions and material/equipment availability.
