Beginning at 9 am today, Monday, November 10, South Elm Street, north of West Washington Street to February One Place, will be closed for roof work at 232 S. Elm St. Abutting sidewalk and on-street parking spaces will also be closed. The street is expected to reopen at 4 pm today.  

Work schedules are dependent on weather conditions and material/equipment availability.
