The Greensboro Parks and Recreation Department hosts a jobs fair for the 2026 summer season from 10 am to 4 pm on Tuesday, December 30, at the Smith Active Adult Center, 2401 Fairview St.

The department will offer on-the-spot interviews for a variety of summer positions, including: lifeguards (starting at age 15), pool technicians, pool managers, head camp counselors, camp counselors, playground counselors, and more. The starting pay for the available jobs is $17.21 per hour.
