Due to continued snow and icy road conditions, the City of Greensboro has postponed all solid waste and recycling services for Monday, February 2.

City crews will monitor conditions and will reassess on Monday to determine whether collection services can safely resume on Tuesday, February 3. All Monday collections will be picked up this week. There will be no yard waste or bulk pick up this week.

The White Street Landfill and Solid Waste Transfer Station will remain closed on Monday, February 2.

Updates about solid waste collection will be posted on the City’s social media channels, as well as the City’s website, www.greensboro-nc.gov.
