Beginning at 9 am on Wednesday, February 18, Franklin Boulevard, between Holts Chapel Road and 604 Franklin Blvd., will be closed to through traffic to connect water and sewer tap. The road is scheduled to reopen on Friday, February 20, by 4 pm.
