The City’s Planning Department is continuing conversations about the future of the Spring Garden Street corridor with a second open house. Residents, business owners, and frequent visitors of the area may drop by from 6-8 pm on Thursday, March 26, at Lindley Park Recreation Center, 2907 Springwood Dr.
The open house will give participants the opportunity to explore the project and share ideas through a series of interactive activities. Community members can learn more about the planning process, discuss priorities, and help shape a shared vision for the corridor’s future.
The plan encompasses the area along Spring Garden Street, from South Holden Road to South Josephine Boyd Street. Once developed and adopted, the Spring Garden Corridor Plan will act as a roadmap for City Council and staff as they work towards a more prosperous, safe, and closely-knit community.
