The City of Greensboro Office of Sustainability and Resilience (OSR) and its City and community partners will celebrate Earth Day with a festival from noon to 4 pm, on Saturday, April 25, at Keeley Park. Visitor parking is available at the sprayground parking lot, 4110 Keeley Rd., McLeansville. The festival can be accessed from the sprayground parking lot via a marked walking trail or an accessible-friendly shuttle that runs throughout the event.
This free, all-ages event will feature environmental workshops, 50+ community organizations, Eco Bus animal experiences, guided nature walks, kid zone, and a native plant giveaway. Food can be purchased at Taqueria El Azteca & Taco Truck, Scoop Zone, Lucian’s Flame, Jamaica Coast Catering, and The Local & The Lebanese food trucks. Play Earth Day BINGO to win an event t-shirt.
