Beginning on Monday, April 20, and continuing through Monday, August 31, the following streets will experience occasional lane closures and delays daily from 7 am to 4 pm due to water line rehabilitation work:  

• West Friendly Avenue - from Smyres Place to Westover Terrace 

• Westover Terrace - from West Market Street to 307 Westover Terrace.  

See the map for locations.  Signs and traffic cones will be in place and motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid the areas. Dates and times may change due to weather or last minute changes in the work schedule.
