The City of Greensboro’s Housing & Neighborhood Development Department (HND) is requesting proposals for programs that provide rapid rehousing, tenant‑based rental assistance, short‑term rent, mortgage, and utility assistance, permanent housing placement services, and emergency shelter. Funding for these services will be provided through the federal Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA), and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs.

Proposals are due by Friday, May 15, at 4 pm.

Estimated available funds and activities are subject to change after City Council approval.

Mandatory RFP workshop for all applicants will be held virtually Tuesday, April 28, at 2 pm. Workshop attendance is required for City funding.
