UPDATE 8/1/26: Pilot Launch Delayed  

Downtown business owners, property owners, and residents are invited to a South Elm Street Pedestrian Pilot Program drop-in information session from 11:30 am to 1 pm on Tuesday, July 21 at the West concourse at the J. Douglas Galyon Depot (to the right of the Amtrak entrance), 236 E. Washington St. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to review logistical information for the upcoming South Elm Street Pedestrian Plaza Pilot Program, beginning in August. City staff will be available for questions.
