The purpose of MED Week is to provide business development opportunities to firms and celebrate the accomplishments of minority and women business enterprises during the past year.

6-8 pm Monday, September 24 - Shmoozapalooza: Networking Event 
Proximity Hotel's White Oak Room, 704 Green Valley Rd.

5-7 pm Tuesday, September 25 - Business Expo 
Greensboro Coliseum Special Events Center, Meeting Rooms 1 & 3, 1921 W. Gate City Blvd.
Register online to attend.

8:30 am to 7:30 pm Wednesday, September 26 - Development Day.
Register online to attend any sessions except the Construction Networking (drop-ins welcomed).

          9:45-10:45 am - "Branding & Marketing" (Yolanda M. Johnson-Bryant Enterprises/Bryant

          3-5 pm - "Contracting 101" (Spillman Thomas & Battle Law Firm)
          5:30-7:30 pm - "Construction Networking" (construction-related trades encouraged to attend)

6-8 pm Thursday, September 27 - MED Week Awards Dinner 
Proximity Hotel's Weaver Room, 704 Green Valley Rd.
Advance tickets are $25; $35 at the door (if not sold out). Purchase tickets at M/WBE Office. 

9 am to 12 noon Friday, September 28 - Golf Tournament 
Gillespie Golf Course, 306 E. Florida St.
Tickets are $30 per person and must be purchased at M/WBE Office.

Activities are hosted by the City's Minority and Women's Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Office in conjunction with the Greensboro MED Week Committee, comprised of representatives from the City, Guilford County, NC A&T State University, University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and Guilford County Schools, all of which thank 
these local sponsors for their contributions to this celebration.
