Do you need assistance with your water account? Or maybe you have a question about solid waste service. What if you need to report a pothole, littering, or another issue?

The Contact Center provides a single-point-of-contact for non-emergency* City services. Our representatives are available from 7:30 am to 5:15 pm, Mondays through Fridays, to assist you.
