Facilities, a division of the Engineering and Inspections Department, is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all City-owned buildings. Facilities provides mechanical, structural, and custodial services as well as construction services. This division also manages an energy program for its facilities and is responsible for the implementation of the City's energy conservation program.

Greensboro Cultural Center, Greensboro Historical Museum, J. Douglas Galyon Depot, J. Edward Kitchen Operation Center, Public Libraries, Melvin Municipal Office Building, Parks and Recreation facilities, police and fire substations, Police Headquarters, Public Safety Center, Service Center.
