The Administrative Services Division includes Equipment Services and Procurement Services. These divisions consist of staff members whose primary goal is to provide high quality, efficient and effective services and assistance to other City departments.

Procurement Services - New GEPS Site

Suppliers interested in selling to the City of Greensboro should register through the Greensboro e-Procurement System (GePS)

Procures and disposes of materials, equipment, and supplies in accordance with North Carolina General Statutes.

Manages and coordinates processes for bidding, approving, and awarding contracts for services in accordance with City policies and procedures.

Equipment Services

Manages, maintains, and repairs the 1,800-piece automotive and rolling stock fleet used by City departments.
