Housing Connect GSO’s Homebuyer Assistance Program is a source of financial assistance for low- and moderate-income homebuyers. The program has expanded to offer two more options to interested residents.
To be eligible for any of the three program offerings below, you must:
- Be a first-time homebuyer or have not owned a home within the last three years
- Buy a new or existing house as your primary residence
- Buy a home located within Greensboro city limits

Properties must be within the boundaries of the following approved areas to receive an assistance bonus:

- Kings Forest
- Mill District
