Love is responsible for providing executive oversight to the Human Relations Department. She is a dedicated proponent of human rights, social justice, and advocacy, and has a background in communication, relational conflict management, and cultural studies.

For more than 10 years, Allen has been an advocate for at-risk members of the community. He handles intake for police concerns, investigates fair housing complaints and manages the Landlord-Tenant Dispute Program. Allen is a law school graduate and a graduate of the National Fair Housing Training Academy.

Fluent in Spanish and an immigrant herself, Jodie uses her passion for equity and inclusion to build the department's education and outreach efforts. Jodie also manages the Human Relations Commission, Commission on the Status of Women, and the International Advisory Committee. In addition, Jodie is the City's Language Access Plan Coordinator and she provides administrative support for Thrive GSO, a City-sponsored hub for reentry services.
