Due to Covid-19, Human Relations staff is working remotely. The City of Greensboro affirms its commitment to providing language resources to ensure equal access to services and fair treatment for all residents. To request interpretation for a City-related service, or to report a lack of language services, call 336-373-2038.

The City of Greensboro is committed to treating every resident with respect and dignity in the provision of City services regardless of English proficiency. In accordance with this commitment, reasonable steps will be taken to provide meaningful access to City services, programs, information and activities, and to ensure that the City meets federal requirements under Title VI of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964.

Any person who feels he or she has been aggrieved by unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with the City of Greensboro by calling Human Relations at 336-373-2038.
