A Perfect Score
Greensboro scored a perfect 100 in the 2024 listing of the Human Rights Campaign's Municipal Equality Index, marking the fourth consecutive year earning a perfect score. The score ranks Greensboro first among all cities in NC, tied with Chapel Hill. This marks the fourth time Greensboro has recorded a perfect score and the 10th consecutive year it ranked first or second among NC cities.

Message from the City Manager's Office
It is the policy of City of Greensboro to hire qualified individuals.
