Brent is Greensboro City Attorney's liaison to the City's Human Rights Department. His empathetic lens allows him to champion for others as a Legal Aid staff lawyer who advocates for those facing eviction. He works with the Human Rights Department on fair housing cases and resident expungement support. He understands the intersectionality of housing and the legal system and employs his knowledge to advocate for others.

Hatch, Bryle

Dr. Smith’s background as a social sciences professional and educator is invaluable to understanding the social and cultural dimensions that shape human experience. As the chair of the City's Human Rights Commission, he leads the group’s advocacy efforts, including housing access and quality.
