CloudSuite (Employee Self-Service)
- Access to Employee Self-Service dashboard feature only, from any computer with a secure internet/Wi-fi connection.
- To access some applications within CloudSuite, you must use XenApp. If you do not have XenApp access, please submit a request through IT’s Cyber Security team.
- Employee workspace
- Access Microsoft Outlook from any computer with a secure internet/Wi-fi connection.
LMS: Register for Online Classes
- Access the Learning Management System (LMS). You may access LMS from any computer with a secure internet/Wi-fi connection.
- Help logging in? Please contact your departmental liaison
- Issue(s) registering for a course, contact 336-335-LMS1 (5671).
Self Service Password Reset or Lockout (Need help? instructions)
- Allows employees access to business applications remotely.
- If you need technical support or encounter errors installing VPN, please call IT's Service Desk at 336-373-2322.
System Requirements
- Internet Browsers: require the most recent versions of Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
- Windows Operating Systems: must be Windows 10 or higher. Note: Windows Vista is not supported.
- Internet: Devices must be connected to a secure internet/Wi-fi connection.
Note: IT’s Service Desk cannot provide technical support for computers not owned by the City of Greensboro. However, IT Analysts will do their best to help you get access to the online services.
