Citywide Bowling League
This league bowls from August to May at Triad Lanes, 21 Oak Branch Dr. Registration for the

Community Garden Club
This green-thumb group maintains a community garden at Smith Active Adult Center. The club plants, sows, weeds, waters and harvests vegetables throughout the growing season, and then donates the bounty to area food banks. Greensboro Social Dance Club

Honey Bee Helpers
This community service group is a chapter of the Busy Bee Crafters of Greensboro, Inc. The group crochets, knits, and sews items for the clients/patients of Beacon Place, Hospice, Kids Path, and Women’s Hospital of Greensboro. The group meets at 10 am each Monday at Smith Active Adult Center. Beginner and experienced crafters are welcome. For more information, call 336-373-7564.
This community service group makes and donates quilts to residents of local nursing homes and newborns at Women's Hospital of Greensboro. The group meets at 1 pm each Wednesday at Smith Active Adult Center. Participants are invited to bring their own sewing machines or you may sew by hand. For more information, call 336-373-7564.
The 50+ Hiking Club hikes each Wednesday morning from September through June. Hiking locations are chosen throughout Greensboro and the surrounding areas. New and returning members must qualify for membership each year. Qualifying for the 2019-20 season is Wednesday, September 4. Meet at Country Park Shelter #9 at 10 am.
