Offered in partnership with GetOutdoors Pedal and Paddle, who provide ACA Certified instructors and trained safety boaters. This is an instructive program for individuals with physical or communicative disabilities who would like to learn paddling strokes, techniques, and safety. Registration is required.

Challenger Flag Football & Cheerleading
Flag Football and Cheerleading is designed for individuals with disabilities to learn new skills and compete in a league against other teams in the Triad area. Participants can be 10 to 35. Practices and games may vary due to playing other teams in the league. Registration is required.

Adaptive Tennis (Standing Adaptive)
Ages 18 and older. This program is created through a partnership between GRETA (Guilford Regional Tennis Association). It is focused on exposing athletes to the sport of adaptive tennis. Clinics are held twice a month. Visit the GRETA website for more information. Registration is required.
CAST (Carolinas Adaptive Standing Tennis) Tournament
All ages. Play with adaptive standing tennis players from all over the world. For those who have played in the past or who are new to the sport. Visit the GRETA website for more information. Registration is required.

Abilities Tennis Clinics
The clinics are run by Abilities Tennis of North Carolina Coach Tony Mule and a group of trained volunteers and coaches. You may register as an athlete for one or more of the clinics. Each clinic is listed individually.
Abilities Tennis clinics provide free tennis instruction for athletes with intellectual disabilities ages 8 and up. Participants will learn the fundamentals, play games and have fun! Parents and/or caregivers are asked to stay during the clinic. No experience necessary. Bring a tennis racquet if you have one; otherwise, a racquet will be provided for use at the clinic. Also, please wear athletic shoes and bring a water bottle. Registration is required.

Dates: Sundays, 4:30-5:30 pm
