About
The Wicker Tribute to Women is the first stand-alone exhibit in North Carolina and one of only a handful of similar exhibits in the country that exclusively honor the contributions and achievements of women. It was created with a donation from the estate of Ruth Wicker, a Greensboro resident.
The interactive exhibit features educators, philanthropists, researchers, activists, advocates, and other leaders who call Greensboro home.
The 2025 Women's Equality Day and Ruth Wicker Induction Luncheon was on August 26, at the Barber Park Events Center. Click here for a video recap of the event.
