The David and Rachel Caldwell Historical Center and the Old Mill are located at David Caldwell Historic Park next to the Tanger Family Bicentennial Gardens. It offers several outdoor locations for intimate special events or parties.

Garden Photography Permits

• A permit is required only when hiring a professional photographer and payment has been exchanged for their services. Photos taken by family or friends at no cost do not require a permit.
