Located in an art-filled botanical garden, the Gateway Gardens Event Center can host your intimate wedding, reception, corporate event, meeting or private party for 50 guests. 

• Rental hours from 8 am to midnight, 7 days a week.
• Multi-purpose room, conference room, catering kitchen, covered patio, and garden area.
• The space can accommodate up to 75 guests or up to 50 seated at tables.
• Lobby, outdoor covered patio with four round tables and 24 chairs available for cocktail hours and welcome receptions.
• Conference room can be used as a green room or bridal suite.
• Use of tables and chairs at no additional cost includes:
  • 60-inch round tables (6)
  • five-foot rectangular tables (14)
  • six-foot rectangular tables (3)
  • Banquet chairs (75)
• Vendors and caterers of your choice are welcome.
• Catering kitchen with convenient side entrance is equipped with refrigerator, freezer, and under cabinet ice maker.
• Alcohol is allowed at the facility with proper ABC permits. Additional fees apply.
• Event host available during rental time.
• 75-inch television available for additional fee.
• Podium with sound available for additional fee.

Rates

Rental rates are by the hour and should encompass set-up and breakdown time. Rental minimums apply as noted below in the  hourly rental fees. Discounted weekday rates and packages are available.  Please view our Facility Rental Guidelines for additional pricing information or fill out a reservation request to receive a personalized quote for your event and to check facility availability.  For events on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays hourly rates are only available when booked within six months of the event date, otherwise a full day 12 hour package is required when the event is more than six months out. Rates displayed reflect the discounted City resident rate.

• Friday and Saturday: $150 per hour
• Sunday: $125 per hour
• Monday through Thursday: $75 per hour

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 12-hour bookings start at $1,500
• Friday Evening Package: 5 pm to midnight (seven hours) starts at $875
