Beginner Zumba! — Janet Pollock, Instructor
Try this easier, gentler version of Zumba! that's perfect for beginners or to add variety to your workout routine.
Tuesdays – 6:15-7 pm – Ages 18+
Boot Camp (Ages 18+)
Try this 30-minute class that has intervals of cardio and strength training for a full-body workout. Mondays - 5:30-6 pm – Marya Haefner, Instructor
Wednesdays - 5:30-6 pm – Janet Highfill, Instructor
This class is designed to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance by using high intensity aerobic moves followed by easy recovery moves.

Chair Yoga — Chipper Nuckles, Instructor
Try this gentle form of yoga that is practiced either sitting in a chair or on a mat on the floor. Mondays – 10:30-11:15 am

Easy Tai Chi & Qigong — Ronda Cranford, Instructor
This class combines Tai Chi for Rehab with Qigong exercises.
Mondays – 12 noon to 12:45 pm
SAIL Balance Classes (Staying Active and Independent for Life) — Joe Libera, PT, Instructor
SAIL is a strength, balance, and fitness program for those interested in staying active and reducing their chances of falling. SAIL meets the Administration for Community Living's criteria for the highest level of evidenced-based health promotion program. Individual Strength, Balance, and Endurance Testing and consultation are offered as part of the program.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays – 8:15-9 am
Tai Chi for Arthritis/Balance — Ronda Cranford, Instructor
This class features a series of movements which can improve balance, prevent falls, and are easy and safe for people with arthritis to learn.
Thursdays – 10:30-11:15 am
Yoga on the Mat — Tabitha Southard, Instructor
Try this traditional yoga class that is practiced on a mat on the floor.
