About the Festival

The Parks and Recreation Department will host Aggie FanFest in 2025 at the War Memorial Stadium. This free festival features live music and vendors selling unique food, beverages, and apparel.

Aggie FanFest is the largest City-managed special event in Greensboro, entertaining more than 65,000 people during North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University's Homecoming weekend.

Vendor Registration

Application Criteria:

• The City of Greensboro is only accepting Aggie FanFest vendor applications online.
• Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• To ensure a diverse population of vendors throughout the festival, Aggie FanFest organizers will select approved vendors based on a variety of factors, like product diversity and vending history.

Application Deadline:

• Applications will open at 8 am on July 1.
• Applications will close at 11:59 pm on July 25.
