About

Greensboro's only outdoor adventure week for teens 13-15. This program, run by Parks and Recreation environmental education staff, is for teens who are ready to test their limits with sailing, kayaking, hiking, survival activities, and climbing, at Lake Higgins and other natural areas throughout the Triad. Teens will also get hands-on experiences with wild animals working side-by-side with professional animal keepers.

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm

All day - Field trip to explore Hanging Rock State Park
