Greensboro's Technical Review Committee (TRC) is committed to providing complete and quality plan reviews in an efficient and timely manner.

Due to the increased volume of plan submittals and the number of position vacancies currently facing several of the departments associated with plan review, plan reviews are sometimes occurring beyond our 10-day goal. Over the next six months, you will see extended time periods of 12-13 days for completed plan reviews. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working to rectify the situation as quickly as we can.

If a plan is revised to address all TRC comments and resubmitted without major revisions within 14 calendar days from the completion of the previous review, TRC is committed to reviewing the resubmission within five working days.
