South Greensboro, a vibrant and growing part of our City, is the focus of a new and exciting adopted plan.
Staff members from across several City departments worked with area residents to study critical issues and creative solutions to improve the area's quality of life and guide future growth. This process began in the summer of 2024 and concluded in November 2025 with the adoption of the South Greensboro Area Plan.
The South Greensboro Plan will now serve as a resource for City staff, residents, business owners, and decision makers as they work toward a prosperous, safe, and closely knit community.
