New Online Portal

Short term rental (STR) owners and operators can now get real-time updates on their permit approval status through the City’s enhanced online portal. Individuals interested in owning a STR can visit the new portal and create an account to apply for a STR Zoning Permit.

With this portal, owners will enjoy easier property management and have access to streamlined communication. An account is not required for existing permit holders unless a new permit is being requested.
