History of Operation Pass:
Operation PASS (Partners Advocating of Students Success) began in 2011, with the vision of Capt. Pam McAdoo-Rogers. While working in the community, she saw a need for school supplies for children and the impact it had when children in need went to school without supplies. Since she began Operation PASS, GPD and its community partners have helped more than 10,000 kids with supplies for school.
