The Greensboro Police Department participates in the City's Government Works: A City Academy.

The police portion of this curriculum provides information about the philosophy, policies and guiding principles of law enforcement and ethical conduct governing police services in our community.

There is an optional weekend visit to the training division for hands-on experience with the Firearms Training Simulator and firing range.
