🔹 Step 1: Recycling is collected as usual.
🔹 Step 2: Smart cameras scan materials for contaminants.
🔹 Step 3: If contamination is detected, a photo is taken (with privacy filters).
🔹 Step 4: A postcard is mailed to the resident with recycling tips.

🔹 Residents whose carts contain non-recyclable materials will get a postcard showing what item was incorrectly placed in their bin.

🔹 The postcard includes an image (privacy-protected) and details on what can/cannot be recycled.

🚨 Important: There are no fines or penalties, but repeat contamination may result in cart removal.
