Report a problem with See Say!
GTA has a great way for riders to report problems and concerns with See Say! The free downloadable app allows you to quickly and confidentially communicate issues with GTA and Access GSO buses and property. You may spot an overflowing trash can at a bus stop, or a spill on the bus. Even if you have a concern with an operator or may suspect someone is a victim of human trafficking, the app collects the information and forwards to the appropriate staff for action. Photographs can be captured and sent to GTA as well.
The See Say app is available from your favorite app store, or you can download from the QR code.

How to Get See Say
- Visit your mobile app store and search for “See Say.”
- Download and install the app.
- When opening the app for the first time, you will be asked to agree to the license and privacy terms.
- Personal information can be added if needed to contact you in an emergency, but is not required.
- Choose the “Transit” option and enter Greensboro Transit.
- You are all done and ready to report!
How to Use See Say
- Add a photo, type in the details, select a report type and location, and click on the button if you wish to remain anonymous.
- Click "Send Report."
