Online

City of Greensboro regular parking tickets can be paid online or by one of the traditional methods. Payments will be accepted by a secure server, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Make an Online Payment

Please note: Payment for boots and tows may not be made online. Customers will need to visit the Parking Enforcement Office on the UG Level of the Melvin Municipal Office Building, 300 W. Washington St., to pay all fees for the tow or boot.

If you are booted, all unpaid tickets and any other fees owed must be paid for an officer to remove the boot. If you are towed, all unpaid parking tickets and associated fees must be paid in order to receive a release ticket from the Parking Office. You will need to take the release ticket to the tow company and pay the price of the tow and any storage fees owed. The tow company will then release the vehicle.
