The City of Greensboro Department of Transportation is hosting a public meeting from 4-8 pm on Thursday, March 1, and 5-7 pm on Monday, March 19 at Lewis Recreation Center, 3110 Forest Lawn Dr., to reveal the selected design alternative for the Cotswold Terrace and Old Battleground Road intersection. This will be a drop-in meeting with no formal presentation. City staff will be available to answer questions. Please provide comments to email@example.com by April 9.
A public meeting was held on December 7, 2017, to present alternatives for citizens to review and provide comments. The selected design alternative was determined in consideration of public input and traffic, safety, and emergency response considerations. The selected design alternative includes a full access roundabout at the intersection of Old Battleground Road and Cotswold Terrace and a traffic signal at the intersection of Cotswold Terrace and Cotswold Avenue / Lake Brandt Road.
