Rates Inside City Limits

A billing and availability fee is charged for each service provided based on meter size.

Volume charges for water and sewer are based on the amount of water used.

Monthly Residental account Charges - Water
Water Billing and Availability Fee: Monthly base fee required for residential water service.
	Monthly Fee:	$5.91 ^ Fee shown applies to customers with 5/8" water meters. Refer to the "Rates Inside City Limits (Non-Residential)" drop-down for other meter sizes.
Water Volume Usage: Based on volume.
	Up to 3 units:	$3.20 (per unit)
	4 through 10 units:	$4.61 (per unit)
	11 through 20 units:	$5.81 (per unit)
	21 and greater units:	$8.02 (per unit)

Monthly Residental account charges - Sewer
Sewer Billing and Availability Fee: Monthly base fee required for residential sewer service.
	Monthly Fee:	$5.43
Sewer Volume Usage: Based on water consumption volume.
	All units:	$5.27 (per unit)

Monthly Residental account charges - SPRINKLer
Sprinkler Billing and Availability Fee: Monthly base fee required for sprinkler accounts.
