Check back in the late summer/early fall for details and registration info for the 2026 Water Festival!

The City of Greensboro’s Water Resources Department hosted Guilford County fifth-grade students at Barber Park for the 2025 Water Festival — a free, one-day educational adventure designed to deepen students’ understanding of the water cycle, the impact of weather on water supply, water testing, aquatic ecosystems, conservation, and more. The festival raised awareness about the importance of our water resources and encouraged students to take an active role in water conservation.
