GSO WaterWise
What is GSO WaterWise?
GSO WaterWise is the new online customer portal for all City water users. To sign up for GSO WaterWise, you only need your account number, which is located at the top of your bill, and your zip code. In the portal, you will have the ability to make either one-time or recurring payments online, sign up for paperless billing, and track your water usage.
Once registered, you’ll also receive:
Timely Alerts for Leaks
through real-time leak alerts and high-usage warnings.
24-hour access to your water use
allowing you to track and compare your usage.
Enhanced customer service
with convenient access to service forms.
Personalized water savings strategies
to help you make informed decisions to reduce your bill and help the environment.

GSO WaterWise Begins The City begins transitioning to meters with advanced metering infrastructure (AMI), which provides for remote collection of water use data in real time. AMI meters also allow a utility to quickly identify excessive water use that could be the result of leaks. |

Feasibility Study Research recommends moving to new technology vs. replacing failing devices with similar ones. |
