2026 City Council Meeting Schedule

Want to speak at a City Council meeting or submit comments to councilmembers about a topic? Fill out and submit this form by 5 pm the day prior to a meeting. Forms received past 5 pm will be processed for the next appropriate City Council meeting.

Residents may sign up to speak at a meeting in person by 5:30 pm the night of the meeting, outside the Katie Dorsett Council Chamber using the designated kiosk.

Residents wishing to speak should review the Council’s Rules of Decorum before addressing Council.

Individuals with a disability who need an interpreter or other auxiliary aids should contact Community Relations at 336-373-2723 three to five days prior to a meeting. Questions? Contact ADA Coordinator Sherria High at 336-373-3805 or by email.
