Council Meetings begin at 5:30 pm in the Council Chamber in the Melvin Municipal Office Building (MMOB), 300 W. Washington St., unless otherwise noted.
(All bags, briefcases, and boxes are subject to visual inspection prior to being allowed in Council Chamber.)
First meetings of the month - the first Tuesdays - will allow for 30 minutes of speakers from the floor (three minutes each), followed by ceremonial/presentation items, select consent agenda items, time-sensitive business items, and any remaining speakers from the floor.
Second meetings of the month - the third Tuesdays - will consist of consent items, public hearings, and business items; public comment will be allowed on agenda items only.
Third meetings of the month - the fourth Tuesdays - will be reserved for meetings whenever needed.
Work Sessions, generally take place in MMOB's Plaza Level Conference Room prior to council meetings. Council reserves the right to call a Work Session as needed.
